Usage
This template inserts a left-floating transparent div that matches the right-floating div created by the CollapsibleTables javascript code. It can be added to the header cells of tables to ensure that the header text remains centrally-aligned; otherwise the right-floating div can 'push' the header text slightly to the left.
Please note that this is a hack.
